❗ Who Appears in the Group Photo?

Only students in the Choir, Auslan Signing Choir, and Orchestra will appear in the Whole Stage Group Photo.

If your child is in Troupe, Guest Artists, or Host: roles — they will not be in the group photo. But don’t worry! There will be plenty of live on-stage action photos available after the concert for purchase.

Signing Choir & Guest Artists

Your souvenir photos will be available for purchase online from the night of your concert — no need to pre-order.

Refund & Credit Policy

Please choose carefully when ordering. Refunds are not available, however:

If your child is unable to perform and is not photographed on the night, you will be issued a studio credit equal to your purchase amount. This credit will be valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future photography sessions with Seen Studio.

Studio credits will be provided in the following cases:

• Your child does not attend the concert and is not photographed
• You notify us before the concert or as soon as reasonably possible after

Refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances such as:

• Serious illness or injury
• Bereavement
• Major accident or family emergency

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to peta@seenstudio.co and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• If your child does not perform and isn’t photographed, we’ll issue a studio credit valid for 12 months.
• Refunds may be considered in rare extenuating circumstances such as serious illness, accident, or bereavement.
• All refund/credit requests must be emailed to peta@seenstudio.co.
