Refund & Credit Policy

Festival of Music 2025 pre-order photos.

Refunds are not offered, however, if your child is unable to perform and is not photographed on the night, you will be issued a studio credit equal to your purchase amount. This credit will be valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future photography sessions with Seen Studio.

Studio credits will be provided in the following cases:

• Your child does not attend the concert and is not photographed
• You notify us before the concert or as soon as reasonably possible after

Refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances such as:

• Serious illness or injury
• Bereavement
• Major accident or family emergency

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to peta@seenstudio.co and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
